View from our window

I love this view from our living room... the afternoon sun streaming through the blinds and the hisbiscus bushes we planted last year are tall enough to be seen from inside now.

Day lilies

Blooming in our flower garden in front of the house, these bright yellow flowers greet me every day when I come home :).

JPG Magazine

I found out about JPG Magazine through Alisha's site (thank you!), so I've been checking it out and submitted some photos. I submitted one for an active theme (for next month's magazine). The theme is "color theory" for photos that are mostly one color. If you like it, please take a moment to go vote :).

Nature walk

These are mostly just the nature pictures, I have more pics of the boys from our walk posted on my regular blog, Everyday Adventures. As you can probably guess, I like trees :), I find them very peaceful.



Being from Texas I am used to seeing bent mesquite trees, but I don't think I've ever seen a bent tree quite like this before.
